Just curious. Has anybody tried breakfast sausage in air fryer

Man I’m half embarrassed to say this but… I cook everything on 400 and set it for 7 minutes. I check it sometime in between half way and the end. If it looks good and done I eat it. If it doesn’t I put it in for a bit longer. Not much help there I know.
Not gonna lie I basically do the same thing. Mine has different settings for different things from steak to vegetables. The steak setting is 400 for 6 minutes I usually hit that and check it like you said you do. Only thing I figured out that works for sure is when I fix frozen biscuits and frozen sausage patties, I put 4 of each in at the same time and just hit start. It's automatically set at 350 for 15 minutes and they come out perfect

I had several maters that the skin had split on because of all the rain. So I made some beer pizza crust and gathered some of those and some other ingredients for pizza sauce while the dough was bulking.

I put the sauce on as soon as I got in the kitchen. Maters, basil, oregano, garlic and salt.

20 minutes later.

I sliced some toppings while the sauce was cooling.

After 13 minutes in the smoker at 600°.
