Quail wasn't cheap but I learned a valuable lesson with them but dang they are delicious fried was my favorite. The bacon wrapped were stuffed with cream cheese filled jalapenos View attachment 103402 View attachment 103403 View attachment 103403

I can’t tell you how many pictures I’ve taken of the beginning of a meal and forget to take the rest and ultimately finished product lol. Here are a few samples of several that I’d forget about and never posted.

I forget a lot of times because my wife makes fun of me taking pictures of my glorious meal.

Ain’t exactly “cheap” but when I spied this marbled up sucker tonight in Wally World I snatched it up. Maybe I won’t forget to post results ha.

Nah I just jumped in head first. I got a total of 26 and was supposed to have gotten 4 roosters and the rest hens, well I ended up with the exact opposite. I wasn't gonna just feed a bunch of roosters. Lesson I learned was even with quail find a reputable breeder and do ya homework

I’d rather have a well prepared seafood dish than that ribeye myself.
