We put up the first round of corn today, so I cooked dinner for the crew.
Yesterday I bought 2 marked down roasts, a sirloin and a chuck roast to grind for a smoked meatloaf.
Just before I lathered the glaze on thick at 150°.
I pulled it off at 170° to rest for an hour before dinner.
Meatloaf, Pontiac mash, Jade beans, tangy coleslaw, corn and a biscuit.
