I started cooking early today and we had a great meal! Applewood smoked butt, red white and blue tater salad, baked beans and coleslaw. For dessert we had a blueberry buckle and apple pie alamode.

That's one heck of a fine looking meal but I just have to say that is a hell of a good looking apple pie. Probably best one I seenI started cooking early today and we had a great meal! I wish I had gotten a pic of the butt's when I opened the smoker to wrap em at 5 1/2 hours in. Beautiful sight! Thanks!

First zucchini and squash out of the garden so we fried some up. Had some grilled burgers and dogs to go with it.
