That’s a good work crew meal BarneyMy son and his family came to work in the garden again today. I made bread and grilled some tenderloin. I sliced the loin 2" thick, then used the Jaccard meat tenderizer and then marinated it in just a little Dale's until room temperature before grilling. The loin was tender, juicy and delicious! Served with some blue lake green beans cooked with Pontiac taters and what was left of the Mac and cheese from yesterday.
