Had some extra Boudin and the lady decided to make this cheesy jalapeño dip with it. Definitely a different style of eating that I’m normally used to but im enjoying it

Is that country ham in the corner Meat? Nice spread. Breakfast is my favorite. I made bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy here. But that griddle and view is awesome!

Oldest son and family came today to do some garden work. They didn't care what we had for dinner as long as poke was included. I smoked a couple of chickens and made some mac and cheese to go along.

I just put these in the sous vide tank. I am wondering if I did too much.
Will these freeze whole well? It's for roast beef
