I just ate my first sous vide sandwich here at work. Splendid. But it needs a sauce. May try to make my own Arby's sauce. Been meaning to try it for years

Let us know how that works if you do and if it's any good the recipe please.

I saw some poke today about six inches tall and thought it is time to pick some. Minus wells to because Morel's are as scarce as hens' teeth this year. Too darn dry.

Some of mine is up a few inches tall, and others haven't broken ground yet. I like it when the leaves have pretty good size.

Ive never eaten the leaves, I'm sure they are good but I always skin the stalk cut em in little chunks and fry em. Kinda like okra
