    I use smoked provolone and really like to pour a ladle of au jous into a skillet and toss in the pastrami, separate into piles, add cheese and hoagie, then cover to steam it all together

    My ol uncle was very happy to see me when I dropped the Walmart bag with 8 lbs of salami and 3 pounds of pastrami on his counter. He bypassed the salami and grabbed the pastrami and ate a couple slices immediately.

    Gotta take care of him. He gave me my first fishing pole when I was 4 yrs old and was the first person to take me hunting. The pole has been trashed but I still have that 33 and it works better than what they sell now.

    Man I luv asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and grilled, just like a piece a candy!

    I glazed my bacon wrapped asparagus with brown sugar syrup the last few minutes of baking, like you said it was candy!

    Because of @Nock I needed to scratch an itch today. While I was busy seasoning the ground meat I looked at the ever growing pile of eggs on the counter and thought hmm. I mixed some taco seasoning in the deviled egg filling and it was great! I thought for a while I had came up with something new, until I googled taco seasoning in deviled eggs.. it'd already been done, they're calling "Mexican deviled eggs". Anyhoo
