    It’s awesome. For me it’s right behind flathead belly meat. The texture isn’t like any fish you’ve had. It’s almost like chicken cutting it up. And I’m pretty sure you could trick a lot of people into thinking it’s chicken.

    We had the last of the 10lb. bag of leg quarters for dinner today with a side of seasoned Kennebec wedges.

    As I was frying some rabbit, I remembered I need to ask ya'll something. For years I pull the fat off of rabbit. The past couple years I have left it on. When eating, it just melts away or is tasteless. I dont think I have ever seen it after cooking. Does it render out?
