I love big chunks of veggies in pot roasts. Looks killer!
Deer liver, oysters, and eggs for breakfast. That right there is why my rudder is down half the night long and can't roll over in my sleep.

Cooked burgers at my girls slumber party and didnt even think about mentioning they were mostly deer meat till they told me they were the best hamburgers they ever had. I grind in ribeye fat and bacon into my deer burger. (And sometimes some 70/30 ground beef if i dont have enough ribeye fat). My kids let the cat out the bag and told them we dont eat too much ground beef.
I like this.....Raised 3 daughters. Many times their friends stayed for dinner. More than once my daughter would say "didn't know you liked deer steak" ......... I always just grinned !!
We've been craving country fried steak for a month. Scratched that itch today!
