I love Mexene and was going to add some. Raided the cupboard but couldn't find any
I always use mexene and chili-0 chili mix. And as stated above try some liquid smoke. Start small and add more after tasting.
Our iga sucks, I’m jealous
i dont know if there is a section on the ninja grill yet, all i know is it does make a fine grilled burger. just bought one of these contraptions. best burger, i had in a while. instead of putting the burger, on the bun, i used wheat toast, got the bread from Kroger, an toasted it.
the toaster is designed in a way, where it mostly toast on one side, than the other. if ya want, you take the toast out, then reverse it, put it back in. its even on both sides.
i like this toaster. and understand the concept. some like there toast more done on one side more than the other.
Try to explain this, most minds are closed. toast, should be even. they mess with the thermostat, an have one side burned, instead of even, on both sides.
anyway, i like the Ninja grill, so far. only had it a few day's.
it's supposed to do jerky also.
I made another batch of that Messican Pozole Soup today, and added a twist to it. (We had a thread on this a few months ago.)
Yesterday I smoked a 5# pork roast and took it off at 190° and chunked it up instead of taking it to 200° and shredding it...or pulling it.
Today I whipped up the soup and added most of the Smoked Pork chunks to the crock pot.
