I smoked one for 3 or 4 hours heavy smoke, (hickory) a couple weeks ago, foiled it with the Honeybaked concoction on it for a couple hours.

Butchered a duck yesterday and cooked it in a crock pot this morning stuffed with potatoes, celery, apples, jalapenos, and bacon. Took it out the oven and just pulled the bones out. Fried the bacon crisp and crumbled back over it. We gonna have this again
Oh yeah it was cheap eating as well. Traded a mean rooster to ut and the rooster was give to me so all this meal cost was the few bucks for the other ingredients
I never ate a Duck, just got bad reports on them. I'm sure Someone knows how to make them edible.

It was fall off the bone tender and I mean it is good. Was afraid I wouldn't like it but done got a guy gonna get me 4 or 5 more
