    Went up to building to check on some new chicks. Got into the freezer and had a couple bites.

    I had to search back to find these instructions. My lady was wanting to do breakfast for dinner thing tonight and wanted hash browns so I made her read this whole post, I had remembered you posting something about this And you’re the go to man for cooking. Thank you I’ll let you know how it turned out

    You're welcome, Beau.

    Use plenty of oil or lard, and medium low heat. Pay close attention, your nose will tell you if it's browning or burning. Enjoy!

    We definitely won’t go hungry tonight. I think we Should’ve used lard and the cast iron but healthy Betty here opted for olive oil and the pretty pan. Anyhow life is good for us and we thank the big man upstairs
