Still having some difficulty keeping up with all the eggs. A big thank you to whomever invented the breakfast burrito! They have really been a key player in getting us through this epic egg season.
Just in case you didn't know, you can make those, wrap them in wax paper, put a few in a ziploc bag, and freeze them. I wouldn't want to leave them in there for more than a few months but it might help you put a few back for later enjoyment while eggs are abundant.

p.s. What's the deal with egg prices? They've gone sky high!!!! $2.20'something today at WalMart, were well over $2 at Kroger, and even Aldis was running $1.99 last week.

Never would have thought I'd be getting this many eggs from 8 two and three year old hens. I'm averaging 7 eggs a day and 8 every other day. Least 50 eggs a week and they seem to accumulate fast. May have to try the angel food cake. Like barney I have eat banana pudding till its running out my eyes

Barney you ain't the only one getting too many eggs. I gave away 10 dozen in the last 3 days and still got all these in the fridge. I started to get more chickens but decided against that.

I'm seriously thinking about calling some of my buddies over and having a deviled egg eating competition even with my four hens the eggs add up too fast, that would be a fun way of getting rid of them

And I think you lady Hunter for the breakfast burrito idea gets rid of a lot of eggs, fast and easy and they freeze well and taste delicious, I got a big kick out of adding different spices to different one so when I grab one out of the freezer I never know when I'm going to get that morning
