Just in case you didn't know, you can make those, wrap them in wax paper, put a few in a ziploc bag, and freeze them. I wouldn't want to leave them in there for more than a few months but it might help you put a few back for later enjoyment while eggs are abundant.Still having some difficulty keeping up with all the eggs. A big thank you to whomever invented the breakfast burrito! They have really been a key player in getting us through this epic egg season.
Looks like ye got to many hens nowBarney you ain't the only one getting too many eggs. I gave away 10 dozen in the last 3 days and still got all these in the fridge. I started to get more chickens but decided against that.

p.s. What's the deal with egg prices? They've gone sky high!!!! $2.20'something today at WalMart, were well over $2 at Kroger, and even Aldis was running $1.99 last week.
