    5/10 overall. These were all right but just to dry. Juiced them up a bit and made things better. Didn’t notice at the store but the whole boneless skinless thing was odd plus the foil lid

    Sardines in a Pouch???
    Wife has been keeping up with the sardine experiments so she found these at a Mennonite budget food store for 50 cents. I ain't even posting what they looked like Out of the pouch, but they actually were OK despite being all smushed up. The Hot Tomato sauce kinda rescued them. Kinda like mackerel in a can.

    No telling what i just ate, because they were from Vietnam...

    I've never seen a sardine in a pouch before.

    And Barney had a 4 course lunch with dessert.

    I know you fellers like spicy food, wife was up in Michigan the other day, and she tried some spicy ketchup, she said it was pretty good.She thought the name on it was 78.

    Here it is. Made in Poland... possibly available at some Walmart stores.

  14. I tried the Kroger brand last night, the skinless and boneless variety in soybean oil, didn’t take first picture though. Totally different experience here from your average sardine being skinless I guess. Completely different taste that reminded me more of smoked herring kipper snacks rather than sardines. You lose the fishy taste completely. They were good but I wouldn’t call them sardines myself.
