I doubt seriously that would hold in court. My interpretation is if it’s not on the property you’re hunting you are good. Can’t control the neighbors nor are you accountable for there actions.
Game warden found a corn pile an busted 2 guys hunting on the farm next to one that I hunted. He told me that I could not hunt that farm because the turkeys was under the influence of bait.

See and just like I said even the game wardens interpret it differently. I was told you can’t help what your neighbors do. I, mean, again, Spring is one thing, but if you turkey hunt in the Fall that bird is under the influence from somewhere.

Like you said coyotes and bobcats. YEAR ROUND PREDATOR CONTROL. WHATEVER MEATHOD.
Bears will raid the nest too and take the hen as well as eggs.

Id ask him for a ticket, tell him i look forward to seeing him in court, and try to get him to put money on the result. Might even call the sheriff and have him charged with hunter harassment.
