Sure is. Knowingly enters OR remains on the premises. You are knowingly entering someone else's property and you stated it on an open forum. Yes it's on the burden of the state to prove that you knew it was private ground. So you are going to lie to poach ducks. But keep telling your self that it's ok as long as you can live with being a poacher I guess that's all that matters.

Hot dang! I missed the drama while out hunting the backwater for the last several days. Cliff notes of deleted posts please. Anybody get the ban hammer? Have we figured out the law yet?

Don't get out of your boat, Do not have anchors on your decoys, don't tie up to a tree, do not drop a anchor.

It’s only punishable if you get caught.

    Prove me wrong!

High water mark on trees means navigable watershed, says the legal beagle.

High water mark of when? 1937 flood? If so, I may need a few more lower units for the Yamaha.

Nothing to see here folks, move on!

IF (not admitting that I've ever trespassed in a flood) I were hunting on private land without permission I would be a nervous wreck the entire time because I know how piZZEd I'd be if someone trespassed on my land.

If you can’t hunt it any time then why would you think you can hunt it in the backwater ?
