The ironic thing is many on here that talk about selfish landowners are the same ones that bitch about welfare and call folks communists. Can't have it both ways you hypocrites.

  3. I suppose I don't see the big issue with a person hunting in flooded bottoms because, unlike deer, turkey, rabbit, etc.......Ducks and geese migrate and new birds and the amounts show up each year. It's not like If a group of people go in and shoot several good deer off one piece of property. Waterfowl just comes back each year. Now, I do see an issue with a group of guys hunting a flooded bottoms that the landowner may be planning to hunt, but I don't see an issue otherwise. And yes, I am a land owner.

I was surprised by his comment, I have honestly looked at water fowl hunters as being one of the most law abiding group of hunters.

Overall, we probably are. Even given the forty eleven laws we must abide by

Duck Hunter on duck Hunter violence. It's an ugly thing, but pretty common from what I have seen.

It is only criminal tresspassing if you refuse to leave after being told to.

Heck just go hunt the refuge. It's only criminal trespass if they ask you to leave and you don't.

But ky does not require you to post ground for it to be trespassing so what is the difference.
