The ironic thing is many on here that talk about selfish landowners are the same ones that bitch about welfare and call folks communists. Can't have it both ways you hypocrites. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I suppose I don't see the big issue with a person hunting in flooded bottoms because, unlike deer, turkey, rabbit, etc.......Ducks and geese migrate and new birds and the amounts show up each year. It's not like If a group of people go in and shoot several good deer off one piece of property. Waterfowl just comes back each year. Now, I do see an issue with a group of guys hunting a flooded bottoms that the landowner may be planning to hunt, but I don't see an issue otherwise. And yes, I am a land owner.
Dang. I had know idea waterfowlers and coon hunters had so much in common. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I was surprised by his comment, I have honestly looked at water fowl hunters as being one of the most law abiding group of hunters. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Overall, we probably are. Even given the forty eleven laws we must abide by Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
Heck just go hunt the refuge. It's only criminal trespass if they ask you to leave and you don't. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
But ky does not require you to post ground for it to be trespassing so what is the difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Basically you lie to poach some ducks. Just come on out and say it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
