Ate some good backstrap this evening

I was messing around in the kitchen, I'm no chef like some of you guys appear to be, but I do like to play..

I took some sliced backstrap, cut it into strips, took my meat hammer and flattened it out, hitting it on both sides. I took some flour and poured a bunch of cajun shake in it and then rolled my meat in the flour/cajun shake mix. I had a skillet with enough oil to cover the meat, threw it in there for just a minute or so on each side........ My goodness. I eat the 1.5# package myself.. I didn't worry about sittin down taking pics, i stood at the stove with a piece of light bread and ate it all HAHAHAHAHA :D

Put you a little cajun shake on it before you pound it with the hammer and try it...you will be suprised...
