Do they eat good? Never had one.
I saw an episode of Bizzare Foods where some old Mexican grandma cooked one up. They used to be eaten fairly commonly there but not so much these days. Probably like squirrels here in the states. Andrew said it was very good but considering some of the things I've seen him eat that's not exactly a ringing endorsement. Cooking them kills the leprosy carrying stuff though.
