Gonna try that longbow that's as tall as the trees I hunt out of. Ol' Tarzan built me another string and it's back in action!! Got the death edge on that old Pearson Deadhead broad head. I hope I'm quartering and cutting one this time three weeks from now!
My plan is get back in the game, I had an injury 7 years ago, and have lowered pounds over the years, until i was shooting around 35#, which im still willing to hunt with. I will start back light, and move up, but doubt i’ll draw a bow this year. I willl crossbow and gun hunt. At this point, someone will have to cock crossbow for me! . Grandson is going to repay some debts to me! we will see.
Long ranging with some broadheads and field points. I can see how they fly, detect any erratic flight better, and compare with field points. Unfortunately I don’t shoot well enough to tell any difference. lol Gotta get ready, it’s upon us!!
