Any white bass reports?

Gonna check out Marrowbone creek tomorrow. Caught a few more off my ramp last week. Big females full of eggs.

Got a buddy really wanting to go. I know we got some sucky weather coming that will screw with the water levels. Not asking for your “secret spot” but if you here some decent reports, especially around CKy, please share.

I stopped by the Nolin River @ Bacon Creek and Broad Ford 3 times this past week. The 1st 2 times the current was high and water was really colored and very few fish were being caught. Today I checked it out after listening for gobblers and hunting morels and caught 6. 3 big females and 3 males. Enough for a couple of fish fries. Everybody was catching and a few had limits.

Size 6 or 7 flicker shad. You can't keep them off to catch anything else.

Sabiki rig tied to back of crankbait that runs 6-8". Or 2" bomber model A (or anything similar)in white or tn shad running 6-8'. That's what has worked on Ky Lake.

told some tourists one time Below Barkley that they were Kentucky smallmouths. They did not know any difference. Just being mean.

Freshwater drum. Not sure what else they may be called loca
