First of all, a person’s monetary worth is literally worthless to me. I couldn’t care less and that’s the absolute truth. I know people with generational eff you money and I know people who have never had a checking account because they simply have never had enough money to warrant one. I don’t care where bill gates came from. Nor do I care that he built or stole computer coding from someone else. I hold a pile of dog shit in higher esteem than that clown because at least dog shit has some relative value. I do not have windows nonsense in my house. We have all apple crap. Are all billionaires communist? Maybe not all…..but an inordinate amount are drawn to the power and control it can provide. They also rely on a controlled markets lack of competition and goobermint assistance. There is a reason we only have bill gates the rapist’s crap and Steve Jobs junk. Question: What are YOU doing to lower your carbon footprint or overall impact to the environment?
What temperature is your thermostat set to right now?
How far is your commute and what type of vehicle do you drive? How much energy does your household consume in a year. Do you have A/C? How do you heat your home? Do you grow your own food? Do you repair and reuse your clothes and household items? How much trash do you send to the landfill? Do you have a cistern, and septic tank? Have you spent 30-50k on solar panels? What % of your money to you give away to the poor?

What if every Democrat in America personally went green? What if the power companies only gave Democrats 10-20% of their current electric usage and they had to figure the rest out (solar, wind, unicorn farts)? What if dems were only allowed to purchase 50mpg vehicles? What if 50-80% of dem income went to taxes. You morons already have the numbers to accomplish the goal yourselves, get off your asses and do it.

Something like 75% of all Americans believe climate change is an issue that needs to be addressed, even most of you probably do too. That number is growing over time as we experience more extreme weather events.
We should have listened to Senator Gore 25 years ago and started mitigation efforts sooner. The longer you wait to address any problem, the more drastic the solution has to be, and the likelihood of failure increases.
Climate change is an issue that is not political. It will become the biggest problem ever faced by humans, and will require a tremendous worldwide effort to lessen its effects. The fighting between Democrats and Republicans in this country does not give optimism that we will be able to lead the world in this effort, and if America is not a world leader, who is? How do we encourage China and India to change if we aren’t changing ourselves?
