Been struggling since finishing this bow with learning to shoot it. First problem is that it’s about five pounds heavier in draw weight than what I am use to. I have shot so many different arrows, weights, lengths, and spines that I am finally getting use to the weight. Keep getting loud slap from nock on riser and fish tailing. Also kept overshooting target but that’s probably increased draw weight. Today I stopped blaming the arrows and looking at bow more. Tonight I kept changing brace height, nocking point, and even tried a thicker side plate. I am getting closer but still getting some fish tailing. Here is how my shots began today with various arrows, lengths, spines, and weights.

Finally getting it narrowed down on arrows. Still a little fishtailing. With sore arms I finished my evening taking three shots at last light. Couldn’t see blue pin, flight, or where I hit. But I was tickled when I got to the target!
