That will need a chiropractor when season is over? The older I get these long hours in the stand make it rough on my back. I know the perfect remedy for this would be to get a shot on one early but that never happens. It just shows the passion we have for deer hunting because I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I second this, worst for me is the long sits in the api climber on those frigid days where you really can't move to much, then when it's time to get out the stand and climb down the sticks and the knees are locked up and won't hardly move lol

You can't get there from here.

One all day sit is two days recovery.

Did a couple 5 hour sits when it was 20s and 30s in treestand. Man,I got up next morning walking stiff like Frankenstein. Needed Tylenol and heat pack to get going. Hate getting old.🤬

I completely agree. Just rolling out of bed some mornings seems like a chore. Older I get bones poping and cracking like a bag of potatoe chips

Friend of mine is building us 2 shooting houses. We both work offshore and on opposite rotations right now. I’m paying for the materials he’s putting it all together. We’ll both hunt them. Nice office chairs in them, heaters, plexiglass windows, and really thinking about putting 17” blackstone griddles in them.
