It's in your hunting and fishing guide. If its not posted, it's public access.
oh lawdy.......what the????.......my heads going to explode!
My land is not posted and I bet if someone is not permitted in there it would not end up well if I seen them and NO it is NOT public access!!! Must be a Louisville thing?
Now I got online and looked it up and this is what I found in the hunting and fishing guide.SHOW ME WHERE IT SAID WHAT YOU POSTED
A person SHALL NOT ENTER
upon the lands of another to hunt, trap
or fish WITHOUT the oral or written
PERMISSION of the landowner,
tenant or person who has authority to
grant permission. Those who fail to obtain
permission are subject to arrest and
prosecution. Railroad tracks and rights
of way are privately owned property and
permission to hunt, trap or fish must be
obtained prior to entry.
Q: Can game or hunting dogs
be retrieved from another person’s
land without permission?
A: No. You MUST have permission
to enter private property.
Landowners are under no obligation
to allow hunters to retrieve
game or dogs from their land.
Think before you shoot when hunting
near a property line. You may
not be able to retrieve your game
Posted or not the ones that come onto my land is always from Louisville. My neighbor behind me lets them hunt on 450 ac and they always find their way to my food plots.
You're missing the fine print. Page 9.
If there are no posted signs, you are free to hunt and/or fish at your leisure. No permission needed.
There talking about public land WMA exc. Not private land. Private land does not have to be posted in KY.
You have any confessions you would like to make now that you know you have been breaking the law?
Seen the fine print its for WMAs.
How can fish and wildlife say who how and when someone can hunt or fish my land? I own it they don't.
L O L! Some people...
I knew Loserville fans were not very bright but I had no idea how deep the rabbit hole went. :eek-new:
You're one of the idiots that couldn't read the sarcasm through me saying the most ridiculous things that I could think of and sourcing page numbers that don't exist.
Louisville fans sure are good fishermen
