$5.00 Movie Bin at WalMart!

About 95% of the time when I check the $5.00 bin there's absolutely nothing there worth $1.00, much less $5.00 but ... the last two times I looked, I found a couple of gems and thought I'd recommend them if anyone likes these kind of movies.

First I got the "Jesse Stone Collection Volume 1" with Tom Selleck in the title role. It has 4 of that series in it, each about an hour and a half long. He plays the police chief in a small eastern town with all kinds of personal problems but like most of his movies, they're very entertaining and well done.

Second was the World War I movie "1917", never heard of it but it is outstanding and Rolling Stone calls it one of the best War movies of all time. Can't imagine a movie depicting that war any more realistically. It's kinda' strange but very well done.

Thought I'd toss those out there ... if anybody else has found some good ones, please post them up.

Last week I walked past that bin and snagged up 4 set of older Adam Sandler movies I hadn’t seen in years. It showed they had pulp fiction, I dug around for a couple minutes and gave up. Good deal for five dollars I agree.

My FIL often has the WiFi/cable cut off when we are staying at the condo in Florida during the summer. So we got a pretty good vacay collection of Walmart bin movies. I’ve seen a few $3 bins as well.
