410 ammo

I don't even own a 410, but it seems the ammo is almost nonexistent.....
I picked up 10 boxes yesterday in Tenn for whoever wants it.
I'm not trying to make any money, I'll post pics shortly of ammo and receipt.
10 boxes were $175.49= $17.55 per box, taxes included.
If no one wants it, I'll take it to the local flea mkt.

I'm in Science Hill, Ky. and usually travel to Russell Springs on Fridays or Saturdays.

I don't consider this an ad for classifieds, just to help out fellow enthusiasts without ammo.

I was shopping at our local Walmart this past Thursday, walked passed the Sportings Good counter just looking. There was a worker their and asked me if she could help me find something. I asked her if there were any .410-3" sitting on the shelve, she told me they received a shipment on Wednesday (4/28) but it was all gone in 20 minutes!! Noticed also, there wasn't very many other gauges of shells left. So I am beginning to think that there is an "Ole-Boy" network going around and only a few "Friends" are told in advanced about any ammunition shipments. I told her they should place a 2-box limit of shotgun shell purchases and give the rest of us a chance to purchase some .410 shells.

I haven't been looking for 410, but I've been stocking up on 20 g pretty regularly at Walmart.

My local Walmart had only a few boxes of 12 & 20 gauges shells. Also noticed they had several shotguns & Rifles in stock.

Same at my local Walmart. They had some .410 shells, the other day, which were all bought in a span of 20 minutes. Guess one person bought them all.

I have an acquaintance that has connections with every store for 100 miles. They call him when they get something in. Ticks me off. He offered to pick me up what I want but it should not be this way.

Seems like there is an "Ol Boys" network here in Ky. Nope it shouldn't be this way at all. I bet this ammo shortage is causing a lot of Hunters to think about giving up the sport.
