So I’ve had a 2nd Reveal put up for like 2 years and decided to connect it tonight. My original Reveal had been shut down since January and it started right up, connected and started taking pics. My second registered easy and shows on the APP but it won’t connect. I’ve done all the trouble shooting steps and just got a message suggesting I move to get a stronger signal. 4 bars on camera 1 so I doubt that is it. Any suggestions?

yes had the same thing happen a couple weeks ago. Brought it home and reseated the batteries, checked settings and turned switch to set up watched screen until I had 4 g service. Switched to on and it took pictures in the garage. Back out in field waited for 4g and it has worked since. I believe I wasn't waiting on 4g in setup before going on. I have had good luck with customer service on software up grades.

I talked to customer service today. They took me through a few things and it still didn’t work. What sucks is that it is out of warranty. It’s never been used but a couple years old. I can fill out a form and send with $20 for repairs and if they still can’t repair it my option will be an upgrade. Crazy camera 1 fired right up. I’ve had it shutdown since January but it worked fine.

Yes to both above. Called customer service and no matter what they recommended it wouldn’t connect to WiFi. They are gonna try to do a repair for $20. So I’m sending it back. It’s partly my fault for buying the [email protected] thing and putting it away for two years. If it would have still been under warranty they would have just shipped a new one.

I know it cost me extra in the long run, but it gives a little peace of mind. I run my cameras year round. So far, I’ve seen far better camera life and FAR less issues from restarting them. Besides, I like watching the animals year round.
