It was a awesome hunt. It rained all day. We hunted together. Drizzling rain. Nothing bad. Saw a button buck came under us bout 3:30. Let him walk. Then bout 4:15 I heard grunting told wife to get ready. Doe come busting out of the thicket and came bout 40 yards and stopped. She drilled her. I knew buck was chasing her but told her to shoot doe. Buck will come out. It don’t matter. Sure enough doe ran 50 yards killed over. Here he came right under us. I said meh mehhh mehhhh he stopped I shot practically straight down on him entered his neck where back straps stop at shoulder. Dropped in his tracks. Right g3is broke. 59DF72F7-9704-46A9-9894-765F0EC89A4C.jpeg 362AD61B-3972-427E-B573-2C31783C930C.jpeg
