Well, the answer I came up with, and I measured conservatively, was 145 7/8 gross 144 2/8 net. He's 18' inside, 23 1/2" beams & carries good mass all the way through. Not an official measurement but I think it's real close.

Thanks for the comments. I don't mean to be hung up on scores. He was a mature buck & Jennifer Tichenor did a great job on the mount. We had a successful season by just being in the woods. He's a great bonus.

I think you scored it right, I would have guessed mid 140's. Good looking buck..

I can see that. Bucks like this are deceiving. Average tines but long main beams. Just look at the distance between those tines. Nice buck. Congratulations!

He's also a big headed buck, and his neck was really that thick in Oct. when I shot him.

a very good looking mount. i would have liked to seen him near my stand.
post your measurements. like others that guessed, i had it low to mid 30's. just don't see the tine length for that score. you sure you didn't use an outfitters tape?

I would normally defend someone saying that they shouldn't have to post their measurements but he DID make a contest of it so I agree, post em up!
