I’d just like to point out you’ve done an excellent job of high jacking the single thread thats kept this sub forum afloat the past 2-3 seasons and ran it into the dirt.

I had pulsators in my cart a couple times over the last couple weeks and just couldn’t convince myself to pull the trigger. They are nice, but I know where they’d end up over time.

If I had a spread that stayed out and all I had to do was pack out a couple motion decoys it would be a no brainer.

Last couple times out we've had bIIirds slide away from the pulsators a
    nnd
mallard machine. They are wary. Need weather.

Have been on mergansers, wood ducks and gadwalls the past couple days. Honestly don’t care what ducks I’m seeing. Just love seeing ducks.

TODAY i finally seen some migrating Geese. But still no Ducks. I thought last season was bad. This one is the worse i have ever seen since i started hunting in 1974.

On the bright side, I've saved a lot of money on ammo expenditures this year. Did find a good deal on a 1652 boat that came with two small outboards. The 9.9 runs decently, but the 15 needs a bit of work.

Haven't pulled the trigger on a single bird yet. My son missed a wood duck and water swatted a coot. That one was just to get his dog his first retrieve, lol. And, in accordance with our family agreement, each dog will have their first retrieve mounted. Anyone got a good coot mount, lol?

While we're discussing gull recipes - does anyone have any for bald eagle or osprey? Too many damn eagles around here and while the osprey don't chase ducks - I don't think the ducks know that.

Wprebreck, the sub forum may be dead, but our memories are not. Now we are all about a good story, but I’ve edited your post slightly to make it more believable.

Ducks died yesterday and today. Not a lot, but some.
