Calm where I am for the first time this week.
I’ve heard more shots this morning (15) than I heard all of opening morning. I’ve only seen one slow moving doe so far.
I had a big doe slip in behind me and walk along the top of the bank. She knew something wasn't right and she just walked off.
Decent amount of shots on peabody but dead where I am sitting.
Lol the now wife set my truck alarm off one of the first times i took her. We were laughing about that just yesterday...i wasnt at the time though lol.
I shot a small doe. She was working through the brush and I thought she was bigger. I shot her through the neck and dropped her.
In in owen. 4 deer so far 3 does other unknown
Nothing but squirrels so far...
Just had a doe and 2 yearlings come through at Mach 5 and I was thinking what in the world. Then a spike came through hot and it looked like the deer hunter arcade bar game. They were diving ducking dipping diving and dodging everywhere. Little man ruined my easy morning from being so horny.
Went from hearing about 30 shots in the first 2 hours to dead. Even the squirrels stopped moving. Haven’t heard or seen anything in the last hour and a half
Saw a good buck locked down with a doe. Stayed in thick stuff for over a hour. Just catch glimpse here and there.
