Off work the next 2 days. In my blind over looking a hay field with a bean field to my right. More less just seeing how good this spot will be for gun season. Haven’t been getting much on cameras. Good luck god bless.

In one of my Summit Vipers on an inside corner of a hay field and ridge line. Killed my first buck with a bow here 3 years ago, hoping for some action this morning. Nothing so far.
Just rattled in a very nice young 10. I almost pulled the trigger on him, he just isn't mature enough.
Just what I'm looking for, for one of my boys, send him our way.
Just drew back on a nice 10 but he was quartering hard to me. He did turn but moved behind a tree and no shot
If it ever quits raining I'm hunting the food plot for backstraps tonight. Maybe a 10% chance of seeing a buck in this spot.
In my climber since before daylight in Jefferson in a creek bottom on the S side of a S facing hillside thicket that the bucks scent check from this bottom when there is a northerly wind. Only seen 1 fawn so far.
Seen 7 so far, one decent buck, nothing in last 30 mins
Windy, rainy, warm, foggy, beautiful day. Remnants of a hurricane.
Shot over the back of an ancient 9pt. He came in with a doe. Never spooked but doe took him away. Grunted and snort wheezed at him but he’s got his mind on her. Seen 2 smaller bucks since. I’m off the next 7 days so hopefully I can get it done. This late rifle season is for the birds. He’d be gutted by now and I’d be cussing and sweating dragging him out of this holler lol.
