I recently got drawn for the either sex archery/crossbow Elk Tag and would like to know some of your thoughts on whether I should just stay with my 100 grain crossbow broadhead or move up to a 125 grain to add a little more stability at longer ranges and add a little more penetration power. I pretty sure either will do the trick with the right broadhead and good shot placement but would still like to hear your opinions. Thanks

It's only .057 ounces difference. You'll likely never notice a difference out to 40 yards with your zero. 125 grain broadheads are sometimes built a little beefier though. In other words just shoot what you like, the difference is irrelevant.

The arrow you use is more important

Well, I know I am putting to much thought into this as my accuracy is fine, but with this being a once in a life time event I just want to make sure I am properly equipped. I use ten point bolts with the Omni nock. Should I stay with those nicks or switch to the half moon? Again, I am probably putting too much thought in this?!

If your bow shoots good leave it alone. 100 gr broad head will work fine.
