It works for deer that’s for sure. I put it around my little orchard, have deer walking by everyday and have never seen one inside or have had any damage to my fruit trees.

You’re looking at around 3800-5k, that doesn’t include processing the meat, mount, and depending on outfitter doesn’t include lodging/food. Also doesn’t include a tip for your guide, so another few hundred there, $1000 or so for the mount, not sure how much processing the meat is, I got lucky...

Since I got drawn last year, I’ve got a 3 year wait so can’t complain. I do find it funny fish and wildlife turn off the commenting section on Facebook when they post about applying for the hunt, they haven’t done that before until this year.
