I'm currently building a another blind, I'm putting removable wheels so I can pull around with ATV and pull the wheel pins and it drops to the ground.. Here's a few pics so far

If it's froze bad enough where you can't turn and break the prop free, it's most likely you have seal out in the lower unit. You can check by loosin up the drain screw and see if any water comes out..
