I had an Asian carp po’boy at Smithtown seafood in Lexington. Best fish sandwich I’ve ever had, no joke. Lady at the counter said that the catfish sandwiches get returned every once in a while, but never the Asian carp. Clean, firm white meat. It was excellent.
