Thanks for all the replys. Just looking at purchasing some property and 10 acres is as small as I will go. But really just wanted to see if I needed to bump that up to 20+ acres. Live in Jefferson County and anything within 30 minutes is like GOLD!!! LOL

I for one love the one buck rule. Good way to manage a good buck to doe population. (I know because being on this forum makes me a biologist) LOL. I don't understand why certain zone 4 counties are zone 4 though when they have abundant herd of doe.
