Last time I was in a Sportsman warehouse store, I went in looking for a couple speed strips. Guy working the gun counter had no idea what I was talking about. Have never set foot in one of those stores since.
Was actually surprised by how bland it is. Tastes like a cheap cut of beef. Its really good stew meat, but not sure its anything beyond that.
We're thinking of cooking up the next batch for burritos or enchiladas, something like that. This is meat that really needs to be slow cooked.
Just a suggestion, but you might want to consider posting their info far and wide. PETA and ASPCA may be a bunch of assholes, but maybe they can be useful here.
I never understood why a neighbor can't just pick up a phone or knock on a door when there are neighbor issues that need to be discussed.
Um, my thought process was that there might be people on this forum who enjoy trapping, and might want the pelt. I kill it, its just gonna feed the worms.

I have a Beaver that moved into my pond damn. I don't know squat about trapping, but it looks like a pretty easy set up.
