Fish and Wildlife do not recommend eating them because of swine brucellosis. I have eaten a few and they were good. Smoked is the best. I have killed a few and couldn't hardly stand beside them because of the stench.
I've only spoke with Fish and Wildlife about the population around Lockport. However, I think someone else has mentioned that there are pigs in the Drennon Creek and Bethlehem area. I haven't hunted in Henry county in several years so I don't have up to date info on the pig population.
It appears that his right wetter is missing. The cutter will continue to grow without the wetter constantly grinding (sharpening) it down. I've heard of hog hunting operations knocking out wetters so cutters grow abnormally.
