I didn't hunt the quail opener for the first time in years because of the weather. I'm looking forward to getting out Saturday though. The dogs need more exercise to get ready for the prairies in a little over a week.
Yellowbank is nothing like peobody. "Wasteland" is a good description - its so thick the quail can't walk around in it and dogs can't even get through it. The wasteland is a waste of state resources and a waste of precious hunting time imo.

upland - get up and walk. then use ice. Staying in bed all day just prolongs the problem. If it doesn't get better, drive to Louisville and I'll fix you up for the weekend. But you better hurry - I'm leaving for Kansas Friday evening! :)
