Well, FWIW, I just had several hundred (at least) snow geese fly over the blind- WAY up there...!

Not seeing many ducks, so I think we'll focus mostly on geese; maybe that will get us some ducks...? ;)

My opinion is that it has been too warm up North for them to move, that may be changing now (hope so). We've heard some large flocks flying high and way out of range lately, hope that is a good sign and they begin to come over our place soon. Did have a decent amount on our pond before legal...

I know that feeling very , very well lately. Sadly I'm getting used to these non event days. Hoping the next couple of weeks things come together. Many friends wanting some of my duck jerky hate to keep letting them down.

Well it appears some folks got with the local farmers and flooded some harvested corn fields a few hundred yards(in more than one field/direction also) from our spot, which sorta explains why no ducks this year when in past years plenty? Hearing major shooting from these spots makes it torture...

Not in my decoys they didn't , wife & I froze for the view I reckon...

Well, finally saw two groups (one with 8 one with 10) of course I was working on our spot and No shotgun around (just my luck) At least now I can say I saw some this year! Edit to add: This was 9:30 am
