My son and I both have an old original Loggy stand that I think is like what you are talking about. I'm not sure what the Stalker looks like as I have not kept up with Loggy over the last several years. The original Loggy had a thick padded seal that folded back to the tree and straps to the tree. My son may part with his because he uses a API stand.
