    Oh man I've never thought of this but I'm going to have to give it a try. I've got some crappie eggs, I assume they'll taste about the same. I usually just use them as catfish bait.

    I have ate MANY a Fish egg. Not bad. Dad used to keep all the eggs he could get and fry em up.

    Love eating gills but the eggs are like eating sand. Don't care for them at all.
