Just pull the old door, slap a new door up. easy peasey japaneasy, right?

Well, the bottom 6 inches of the brick mold was rotten. No obvious bugs, but I hosed it down for ants anyways... Sigh... Home repairs are never easy. On the other hand, I'm retired so I can squeeze repairs in between fishin' and turkey hunting.

Nice job! But being you went as far as replacing the brick moulding, you should have replaced it with PVC moulding. No more rot at the bottom ever.

Yeah, but... The original went 30+ years. Several years without a storm door( I can't understand people who don't have storm doors). At that rate, I'll be gone. Or won't care...
