Solar panels

    Anyone used any of the solar panels and systems from harbor frieght?

    No but I am interested as well. I have been thinking about doing a larger panel down by the creek to run lighting and a small water pump for a cleaning station. I have the small solar led lights on a pole that are like $30 and they work okay for just having some kind of light down there, but they are not flood lights by any stretch of the imagination.

    Not much, a light, radio, small fridge with maybe a few outlets to plug into of needed.

    The larger, more expensive panels can run a LED light or two. Charge a phone or iPad. Nothing from HF is gonna run a refrigerator or tools. Or even a coffee pot. What you need is one of HF's $89 generators...
