Received this email from Smith & Wesson this morning.... thought I’d pass it on.

Accordingly it’s offered to current, retired & honorably discharged .... and good through April 30, 2019.

The "Trump Slump" has hit the firearms industry pretty hard. Inventory was built anticipating a Hillary victory with a resulting buying frenzy. Now they are trying all manner of sales incentives to move the hardware. Good deal if one needs a S&W.

Good luck with it I submitted mine and S&W declined it , despite the fact I provided all receipts, barcodes and docs sometimes I think rebates are a scam to sell things . I have to say I have not had good luck with "re-baits" in the past either.

I bought a S&W 637 Airweight back in September .. which they had a $30 rebate going on then and the 637 was a qualifying model.

I did the rebate registration online and it allowed you to take a pic of the receipt and bar code info on the end of the box and attach it to the online form.

In a few days I received an email that I had been approved... probably week to ten days I received a $30 S&W MasterCard.

Honestly ... it was a very easy process with S&W... and I’ve had good luck with rebates in general.
