Very little rain overnight here, was expecting a lot more.
Did learn one thing while watching the hurricane reports I never thought of....Where do the birds caught up in the storm go ? Seems they head for the eye of the storm and follow it until it breaks up. They were showing radar images from the area of the eye and what looked like rain was thousands of birds they said that had found the eye and was holding in it headed north.

So there is a swath of bird crap all the way up the storm path?

If I see a parakeet in the dove field in Mason county he was caught up in the eye of the hurricane ? Only thing I find on the wide world web so far are a bunch of climate change pushers saying the dark eye on their radar are birds

The birds have been forced way up north...now they're ticked.

I've seen them push fish off their normal migration in to places they shouldn't be. Stands to reason it's do the same for birds

I hunted southern Ohio's dove opener. The remains of hurricane Harvey hit during the night. High winds, heavy rain blowing sideways, and cool temperatures. I have never saw so many doves. Every where. All day long. I got tired of shooting at doves...
