Just taking the time to share a positive experience with Summit Treestands customer service. On Wednesday, I was out moving a couple sets at the farm, and did a bonehead move, and left my foam seat to my brand new Summit ladderstand in the bed of the truck when I started on my 35 mile journey home. Needless to say, as soon as I hit the parkway the last I saw of that seat was it flying out of the bed and being ran over by the semi behind me. So I immediately looked the number up and gave summit a call. I told the nice lady that I made the mistake and was wanting to buy a new one. She insisted that was not necessary, and had the replacement form in my email before I got home. I sent it back to the company Thursday morning, and had a brand new seat setting on my porch last night (Friday) when I got home from work... So not only did they cover my mistake, but they overnight-ed the seat and all was free of charge. Needless to say they have made a returning customer out of me!

    That's awesome. I wish I had a similar story about Cuddeback but I don't.

Good to hear that. I’ve got a Summit Viper that I’ve never had an issue with. Thanks for posting.

Good to hear. I've got a couple of the 180 Max DD stands and love them. Glad to see their customer support is top notch also.

I had an issue with a summit climber that was a couple years old about 10yrs ago. Called them up and they sent me a brand new bottom section of the stand in a couple days. They sent UPS later to pickup old lower section up for return. Didn't cost me a dime. Great company IMO

Since I bought my first Summit climber I haven't bought another brand. I have cheap lock-ons from wherever they are on sale but my Summit Viper and Specialist are the only climbers I use and the most comfortable I've sat in.

Me and you both, possibly the worst trail cam I own. And from a retail, and customer point of view they sucked to deal with.

I've been using Summit stands since early 1990's, in my opinion they are the safest and most user friendly stand on the market! Glad to hear their CS is that good as well...
